Katsushika Ward 's gym · 121 FITNESS has a high repeat rate because it offers a personal training menu for each member and can be continued without hesitation. Some members have tried other facilities before joining, but some say that they could not continue for a long time because they were crowded or they could not receive trainers' instruction. To continue the training, to achieve the ideal, with the sincere support by the trainer and the space where you can train without hesitation is very popular.
The facility offers a variety of menus and Pilates is also popular for training the inner muscle. Pilates can be used to improve the concentration ability by slowly training the muscles of the whole body and adjusting the balance. The gym in Katsushika Ward is available according to your needs.
